Susan Chen is an experienced corporate executive with over 30 years history of successfully building and managing businesses for cross-cultural multinational corporations in Greater China.

Until recently, she was CEO of Swatch Group China with 13 of the global Swatch Group brands, more than 10 service divisions and over 2,500 employees. In her 18 years with the company, she also held roles of brand manager for various top brands as well as General Manager of the Swatch Art Peace Hotel; a historical landmark on The Bund in Shanghai.

Prior to Swatch Group she held senior executive positions with Netease.com, FarEasTone Telecom, American Express and Johnson & Johnson.

Her present industry focus is on New Retailing, Luxury Goods, Fashion, Lifestyle, FMCG, Technology and Financial Services industries. Her core competencies include leadership in cross-cultural / multi-national business environments, corporate strategic thinking, management of complex business operations and marketing / sales in the Greater China markets.

She was awarded CEO Entrepreneur of the Year by SwissCham, served on the Board of Directors for the Beijing Olympics Committee for the 2008 Summer Olympics and was twice recognized as one of the “Top 100 Businesswomen in China” by Forbes Magazine.
